Strict Quality Control System
Quality Requirements: Win Source reliably locates the threat, reduces its continuing risk, and finally gets rid of it. We have implemented a quality management system that is regularly maintained for efficacy and process enhancements in compliance with the standards of IDEA-STD-1010-B, AS9120B, ISO 9001:2008, ISO13485, ISO28000, and ESD-S20.20.
- Based on ISO9001:2000, AS9120 is a standard with additional standards that is appropriate for aircraft warehouses and retail establishments. It raises our quality management system to the international benchmark that the aerospace sector has accepted (IAQG).
- The International Organization for Standardization developed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system standard (ISO). International advanced quality management concepts are incorporated into the standard. To deliver reliable electronic components, we adhere to a stringent quality control system.
- One of the certifications that Win Source has obtained is ISO13485. The medical device industrys quality management system requirements are met by our products because of our stringent control over them.
- Potentially disruptive effects on our supply chain are avoided by Win Source. Our supply chains overall security is further enhanced by ISO28000.

Quality Management Team : Since the establishment of our Quality Testing Department in 1999, we have assembled a team of skilled QC practitioners to create a capable and established QC department. The power and duty to guarantee the establishment, execution, and upkeep of the procedures required for the Quality Management System rests with our Quality Management Representatives.
Our professional team conducts routine internal audits and quality reports, reviewing a variety of data such as audit results, customer feedback, process performance and product conformity, status of corrective and preventive actions, follow-up actions from prior management reviews, and more, in order to evaluate the continued suitability of our quality system. Further, each employee must voluntarily participate in quality project training on a regular basis and understand the significance of their work performance in relation to our quality objectives.
In-house Inspection Capabilities: Since our founding, we have relied on the resources of the parent company. As such, it has access to the most sophisticated inspection tools, a comprehensive set of testing standards, and knowledgeable field application engineers who are committed to thoroughly screening all component suppliers and products.
Before going into inventory and being sent to end users, every component is sent to the WIN SOURCE Quality Testing Department for inspection and provenance verification (using our 200x magnification, solderability test, and acetone verification testing, among other methods).
